Return & Refund Policy

At Grace & Cole New York, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and hassle-free return process.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason. This period begins on the day you physically receive the item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period by sending an email to info@graceandcolenewyork.com stating your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Return Period

After canceling your order, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us. The return period expires 14 days after the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
We recommend carefully packaging the item and sending it via a trackable shipping service to ensure it reaches us safely.

Return Conditions

The product must be returned complete, including all accessories, manuals (if applicable), and – if possible – in its original condition and packaging.
Items that are not in a resellable condition (e.g., damaged, worn, or washed) may be refused for a refund.
We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China) after you contact our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The package must be shipped with a tracking number, otherwise we will be unable to process a refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email.
If the item is in good condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your order, unless you explicitly agree to a different method. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof of return shipment (whichever occurs first).
