Refunds may be issued as a digital gift card — the fastest option (2–3 business days after processing) — or to your original payment method, which typically takes 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

To purchase a gift card, simply visit our website and navigate to the gift card section. There, you can select your desired amount and add it to your shopping cart. During checkout, you’ll have the option to enter the recipient’s email address and include a personal message if you’d like the gift card to be sent directly to them.

Once the purchase is complete, the gift card will be delivered electronically to the recipient’s inbox, along with instructions on how to redeem it. The recipient can then use the gift card at their convenience to shop for their favorite items on our website.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST — Eastern Standard Time) are processed the same day, and all products go through a short preparation process before being shipped. After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect your order to be delivered within approximately 5–10 business days from the time your order is placed.

We offer standard shipping for $4.95 on all orders. Orders with a total value of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. You may also choose insured shipping with priority handling for a small additional fee, ensuring your order is processed and delivered with the utmost care.

Please note that duties and taxes are included in your order total. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, with delivery times varying depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your item, without providing a reason. This period begins on the day you physically receive the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within this 14-day period by sending an email to info@graceandcolenewyork.com stating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Return Period

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. We recommend carefully packaging the item and using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Please retain proof of shipment until your return has been confirmed.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached. Products must be sent back in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Underwear (including socks)
  • Perfumes where the original seal has been broken
  • Sale items marked as “final sale”
  • Items returned after the 14-day period

Items that are worn, damaged, or returned without prior notice to our customer service team may be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

Bundles and Promotions

Products sold as part of a bundle or multipack must be returned in full, including all individual items and original packaging. If any items are missing or damaged, the return will be refused.

For 1+1 or 2+1 promotions, we do not offer refunds on free items received as part of the promotion.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. Using the tracking information provided with your return shipment, you can see when the package has reached our facility.

After that, the 10 business days begin. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it can take up to 3 additional business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
